Shipping times, tracking, etc
Some of the items in our store are Print on Demand (PoD), meaning they are printed or embroidered when you order them and shipped to you directly from the printer on our behalf. This includes all t-shirts and hoodies, face masks, mugs, posters, framed prints, and everything in our CritCrew line.
These items are usually printed within seven days of order, and shipped shortly after. Processing and shipping times can vary drastically based on product, your location, and time of year. Many PoD orders arrive within 10 days, but sometimes can take up to three weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information once your label has been created.
The rest of our products – dice, patches, pins, Critshow logo beanies, gaming mats, and stickers – are self-fulfilled, meaning Rev and Harvey package them up and send them out to you with love.
Rev generally ships within 3 days, though will sometimes hold an order longer so he can ship everything in one package. You will also receive an email with tracking information when Rev processes your shipping label. (Exception: envelopes containing only an embroidered patch do NOT generate a tracking number.)
While you can place a single order containing both PoD and self-fulfilled products, they will be coming from different locations with different shipping information, and this can be confusing on your end to manage all those tracking numbers. For now we ship to just a few countries outside the US: Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. If you live in a country not listed, please contact us via our contact form and we’ll see if we can get you set up!
There is a difference in shipping costs for international buyers if you buy our self-fulfilled products or our PoD products. Our PoD partner has facilities worldwide, so many of those products will come to you at the cost of local shipping. The products we send out from Indiana have a higher cost, of course.
For this reason, any international orders containing only PoD products will be charged a flat shipping rate between US$2.00 and US$3.50, while international orders containing self-fulfilled products will be charged a flat shipping rate between US$10.00 and US$13.00. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
For hats and all non-apparel items, all sales are final unless there is damage in shipment or a quality control issue with the print or embroidery.
For clothing such as t-shirt and hoodies, if you receive your item and find it does not fit, please contact us to work out a replacement. We can take your item back as long as it is unworn (other than trying it on). We recommend keeping all labels, stickers, and packaging until you have verified fit. In the case that you are returning an item to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to our location in Indiana. We will then order an alternative size and have it shipped to you.
