If you signed up for the IPT Secure Dispatch (our email list) but aren’t seeing the messages we send 2-4 times a month, let’s help you sort that out so you don’t miss a single announcement or discount!
At the bottom of this page is a form to check if your email address is on our list. You can also review these three most common explanations for why you might be missing our emails:
- When you signed up, did you receive (and click) the confirmation email? Within 30 minutes of providing your email, you should have received a message from us asking you to confirm your subscription. If you never clicked the button in that email, you were never added to our list. If you never received that message, it may have gone to your spam or Promotions folder, or you may have mis-typed your email. Use the form at the bottom of this page to check that you’re really on our list!
- Are your messages going to spam? This is unlikely, because we’ve built a reputation as a trusted sender over the past two years and have set up all the recommended configurations to keep our emails out of spam. But, it happens. Search your spam folder for messages from The Critshow, and if you find any, drag them to your inbox!
- Are your messages getting filtered to your Gmail Promotions folder? It’s very, very common for these types of messages to go to the Promotions folder if you’re a Gmail user – and many users forget to check that folder on a regular basis. The gif below shows where the Promotions folder is, and how to drag those messages into your Primary inbox. Be sure to click yes when asked if you want all future messages from us to go to Primary! (Don’t be alarmed by the long, weird email address – that’s the address used by our email marketing company, Mailchimp, to send out messages on our behalf.)
