Our heroes have a long night ahead of them as they hunt for a place to lie low. Tass recognizes a group of ne’er-do-wells. Jake finds an unexpected house guest. TJ displays some impressive linguistic skills. Exhausted, hurt, and hurried, the boys are desperate for enough time to prepare for what’s ahead… but a world without Luck affords them no comfort.

Our heroes are battered and under pressure after the attack on their hideout. Jake makes a trip back to Chicago. Tass attempts another hunt. TJ gets information about the inside of The Halifax. As they learn the true nature of their enemy, the boys realize that they are in for an entirely different battle ahead…

Our heroes are under siege by a horde of the enemy. Tass experiences losing control of himself. Jake discovers a familiar face among the soul bats. TJ uses his healing spell in a unique way. With their hideout exposed, their plans to stop the alpha could crumble before they begin.
